An Inspiring Story

GIG is a story about inspiration and one woman's determination to do something to promote the word of God.

While working as a flight attendant, Darla Chaffee, GIG founder and mother of two young women found herself moved by one of her passengers a few months ago. A young woman, approximately 18-years-old, boarded the plane wearing a t-shirt sporting the words "Nice Rack." As a mother of 18-year-old herself, Darla could hardly believe what she was seeing. Wasn't there anything better this lovely woman would like to say? Why aren't there better choices for our youth who want to make a statement with their clothing choices? Why are shirts boasting about God not more readily available?

From this thought, the GIG, God is Good clothing line was born. Not all GIG t-shirts contain messages about God, but they do all boast a message that is positive and inspiring. We also have kid's sizes for our clothing.
